  • Fill out a non-refundable “Tenant Application form” with your $25 application fee to process (3 – 5 day processing wait)
  • Final walk through of the unit, sign lease agreement, first month rent and security deposit due at signing. Ask about our rental & security options
  • Go over procedures for Maintenance Requests, Vacating, and Move out checklist
